Hydro Sweep Services LLC ("Hydro Sweep Services," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Washington. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our chatbot, create an account, or make a purchase through our online store (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

2. AI Chatbot Disclosure

Our website uses an artificial intelligence–powered chatbot to assist visitors with general inquiries and appointment booking requests. Conversations with the chatbot are logged and stored so that we can review service quality, respond to follow-up inquiries, and improve the chatbot's responses over time. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information) in your chatbot conversation. The chatbot is an automated tool and does not constitute a binding confirmation of any appointment, service, or transaction until confirmed by a member of our team or through our official checkout process.

3. Payment Processing via Stripe

All payment transactions on our Services are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe (such as the last four digits of your card, transaction amount, and billing name/email) necessary to fulfill your order, provide customer support, and maintain financial records. Stripe's own privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account (see Section 7), we will permanently delete your account and associated profile data from our active database, except where retention is required by law (for example, certain financial transaction records).

6. Sharing of Information

We share personal information only with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as Stripe for payment processing and our email delivery provider for transactional emails), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hydro Sweep Services LLC, our users, or the public.

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may access and update your account information at any time by logging into your account. You may permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from your Account Settings page. Once confirmed, this action is irreversible: your account record, profile information, and related personal data will be permanently purged from our active systems.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember your cart contents, and gather aggregate analytics about how our Services are used. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any privacy rights described above, please contact us at info@hydrosweepservices.com.

12. DMCA Copyright / Takedown Policy

Safe Harbor Statement. Hydro Sweep Services LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement, and we have adopted the policy set forth below. Nothing in this section shall be construed as an admission of liability, and Hydro Sweep Services LLC reserves all defenses available under the DMCA's safe harbor provisions.

Filing a Takedown Notice. If you believe that content accessible through our Services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient information to locate it (e.g., a URL); your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Designated Agent: Hydro Sweep Services LLC, Email: info@hydrosweepservices.com, Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice."

Counter-Notification. If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, and your contact information along with consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court. Upon a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy. In accordance with the DMCA, Hydro Sweep Services LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.

This Privacy Policy (including the DMCA section above) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Hydro Sweep Services LLC recommends consulting with a licensed attorney to ensure this policy fully meets its specific legal obligations.
