Our website uses an artificial intelligence–powered chatbot to assist visitors with general inquiries and appointment booking requests. Conversations with the chatbot are logged and stored so that we can review service quality, respond to follow-up inquiries, and improve the chatbot's responses over time. All payment transactions on our Services are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. You may permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from your Account Settings page. Once confirmed, this action is irreversible: your account record, profile information, and related personal data will be permanently purged from our active systems.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Counter-Notification.
